PM Kisan 23rd Installment Update: E-KYC is mandatory for the 23rd installment of farmers. There are 3 methods of e-KVS. First is OPTP based, second is biometric based and third is face authentication-based e-Kvass.
The 23rd installment of Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi is going to be released soon. The government has made it clear on the Kisan Portal that to avail the benefits of Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, it is necessary to complete e-KYC, link bank account with Aadhaar and provide correct bank details. If this is a small mistake, the farmer’s 23rd installment may be stopped or delayed.
How to do e-KYC?
There are 3 ways to provide e-KVS to farmers for Kisan-Kisan Yojana. First OPTP based e-KVS, Jopet Kisan Portal and Mobile App is available. Second, biochemical based e-VAC, for which you visit the Commonwealth Service Center (CSC) or Service Center (SSK) in the state. The third method is face authentication-based e-VAC. E-KVS through Facebook Authentication
Farmers can also do e-KVS through their mobile as per their convenience. This is the most innovative and hassle free way of doing e-KVS.
Download Online Kisan Mobile App and Aadhaar Facebook App from Google Play Store. Open the app and login through your APAT-KISAN registered mobile number. On the beneficiary page… If the e-KVAS status is “No”, click on e-KVAS, then enter your Aadhaar number and scan your face for your consent. After the blend scan of your face, e-vaccination will be completed.
It is important that the e-KVS status is visible in the guest’s status after 24 hours. Farmers can also know their status through KVS module on Kisan Portal and Kisan-eMitra (PM-Kisan Matschatbot).
Bank Account and Aadhaar Linking Process
Make sure your bank account is linked to Aadhaar. If not, then get the customer DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) facility activated in your bank. Update your correct name, IFSC code, account number on the portal.
How to check installment status?
1. On PM-Kisan portal.
2. Click on ‘Beneficiary Status’.
3. Enter either Aadhaar number, mobile number or account number.
4. Installment status will appear on the screen.
Complete all these jobs as soon as possible, so that you can get the installment of Rs 2000 and there is no delay in the 23rd installment.
