Allegations against Mallikarjun Kharge, complaint lodged against Mallikarjun Kharge – Mallikarjun Kharge election affidavit Siddharth Vihar Trust asset disclosure allegations NTCPVP

A complaint has been filed in the Karnataka Assembly Secretariat against Congress President and Samajwadi Party leader Mallikarjun Kharge. Social activist Dinesh Kallahalli has alleged that Kharge had played in his secretariat half-name (Form-26) during the partnership elections, not disclosing important financial information related to Siddharth Vihar Trust.

Document of trust property not included in trust affidavit

Kallahalli has claimed in his petition that the total assets (net worth) of Kalaburagi-based Siddharth Vihar Trust as of March 31, 2023 were approximately Rs 36.86 crore. He alleges that the founder of this trust is Kharge and he has not mentioned the founders, financial interests and related documents of the trust in his nomination.

The petition said that it is important for those contesting elections to have their property and financial interests fulfilled and to get the right house. Kallahalli enlisted the support of various Supreme Court shareholders in its support of the Societies Act, 1951 and the Pliny. He says that if any candidate has hidden important information about any candidate or candidates then it should be investigated.

Demand for legal review of Legislative Assembly case from Karnataka Assembly

The social worker has demanded a legal review of the case from the Karnataka Legislature Secretariat. He has sought access to the trustee details, trustee reports, creative documents and other financial records of the trust to clarify whether all the necessary information has been given in the trust affidavit.

Kalahalli said, “Hon’ble Mallikarjun Kharge has given complete information in the Volcano Election Form-26 from Karnataka Island, instead some data has been allegedly suppressed. Siddhartha Vihar Trust, the concerned benchmark net worth is Rs 36 crore, has not been mentioned in even half the name. The Supreme Court has made it clear in several meetings that the volcano in the election should be handed over to its industry and the entire and cultural information industry.”

He further said that if any kind of information is confirmed in the investigation, then legal action should be taken against the concerned consultant. There has been no official response from Mallikarjun Kharge or the Congress party on this matter. After the complaint is registered, it will now be seen whether the Assembly Secretariat starts the process of preliminary investigation or legal trial in this matter or not. This matter has come to light at a time when there is a continuing debate about disclosure of property associated knowledge by wrestlers and investors.
