PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Payment Status: The wait for the next installment of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan) scheme of huge farmers of the country is continuously increasing. The central government had planned the 22nd installment of this scheme on March 13, 2026, under which an amount of Rs 2,000 was deposited directly into the bank accounts of eligible farmers. Now it has been said about three months ago and the discussion regarding the 23rd installment has intensified among the farmers. There is a lot of discussion about the date of June 18 on social media and various offline platforms. However, no official date for the release of the 23rd installment of Oregon Kisan Scheme has been announced yet by the Central Government or the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. Therefore, no news can be confirmed on June 18. However, there is definitely a special thing behind the discussion of this date. Yes, because in the year 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had released the 17th installment of Kisan Yojana on 18th June. At that time, an amount of more than Rs 20,000 crore was released directly into the accounts of more than 9 crore farmers of the country through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). This is why many people are speculating that this time the government may release the next installment on June 18 only. But, until there is no official announcement from the government, it will be considered only as speculation.
Under this Kisan Yojana, financial assistance of Rs 6,000 is given to eligible farmers every year. This amount is fixed for the farmers in three equal installments i.e. Rs 2,000 every four months. Usually the first installment is released between April–July, the second between August–November and the third between December–March. Looking at similar directions, it is believed that the next installment may be released in late June or early July.

Farmers can easily check their status on the official website of Kisan. For this, first open pmkisan.gov.in website. After this, click on the ‘Beneficiary Status’ option in ‘Farmers Corner’. Then enter your enrollment number and captcha code. After approval of OTP on the mobile number, complete details of your payment and application will be visible.
Farmers are being advised to rely only on any viral message or social media post rather than the government announcement. The 23rd installment will definitely come, but its quarterly date will be clear only after it is officially announced by the government.
