More rupees were added to this. 11.75 crore in the second week, followed by Rs. 4 crores in the third week. Since then, it has added about Rs. 2.25 crore in the tally, total revenue of 6 weeks is Rs. Earning Rs 35.25 crore at the Indian box office.
This marks its finale in India, an unprecedented figure for a horror film that started off slow. Lee Cronin’s The Mummy emerged as a clean hit venture in India thanks to its promising trends. Its success was not as big as that of Project Hail Mary or Michael, but it did what it was intended to do.
Having said that, Hollywood films have been doing great in India this year, with back-to-back successful ventures. While the second half of 2026 is full of big titles, it will be interesting to see if more small or medium-sized titles can surprise at the box office.
