How to Claim Kerala Dhanalakshmi DL 41 Lottery Prize?

Lucky winners can claim their prize from Kerala lottery shops, banks or the state government lottery department. However, the claiming process varies as does the winning amount.

For example, if your winning prize is less than Rs 5,000, you can claim your prize from any lottery shop in Kerala. But if the winning amount is more than Rs 5,000, the process requires additional steps.

Lottery prizes above Rs 5,000 can be claimed by depositing the winning ticket at designated banks or the State Department. A list of documents will also have to be submitted along with the ticket. These documents include:

1. Claim application along with self attested photostat copy of both sides of the ticket.

2. Two passport size photographs of the award winner duly attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary.

3. Receipt of prize money in the prescribed form affixing revenue stamp of Rs 1/- with complete address of the prize winner (download).

4. If the prize winner is a minor, guardianship certificate from the competent authority.

5. In case of joint claims, one of the prize winners must be authorized to obtain a ‘Joint Declaration’ in stamp paper of the prize money and Rs. 50/- should be executed.

6. Self-attested copies of PAN card.

7. Verified documents to prove identity (attested copy of ration card, driving license, passport, election ID card, etc.)

According to Kerala Lottery Net, the prize winner of the lottery has to surrender the prize winning ticket within 90 days of the draw along with all the required documents.
