The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CSIR UGC NET Admit Card 2025 for the December session, a few days before the national level eligibility test to be held on December 18. Registered candidates can now download their hall tickets from the official website csirnet.nta.ac.in using their application number and date of birth. Officials have advised candidates to check all the details on the admit card including exam centre, timings and guidelines carefully to ensure a good experience on the exam day.CSIR NET exam is conducted to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Assistant Professor posts and PhD admissions in Indian universities and research institutes. The examination will be conducted in computer-based mode in multiple shifts at centers across the country. Candidates can access the admit card only through the official NTA CSIR NET portal. The downloading steps are as follows:
- Visit csirnet.nta.ac.in
- Click on the link for CSIR UGC NET December 2025 Admit Card
- Log in using application number and date of birth
- Enter security code and submit
- Download and print the admit card for use on the day of examination

CSIR NET December 2025 Exam Date shift timing
CSIR UGC NET December 2025 exam will be conducted on December 18 in two shifts:
- morning shift: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon
- afternoon shift: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
The exact shift allotted to each candidate is mentioned on the admit card along with the reporting time and gate closing time.

Documents to carry to the examination center
On the day of examination, candidates must bring:

- A recent passport size photograph (preferably the photograph uploaded in the application)
Failure to submit these documents may result in disqualification from appearing for the examination.
