In the viral video, a woman is seen questioning an elderly man. The woman says “Why are you urinating inside the lift?” To this the old man replied, “Do whatever you want…” In the video, the woman is also seen asking that she is not realizing her mistake. During this time, the eyes of some other people present there also remained wide open.
After the video of the incident surfaced on social media, it quickly became popular. After this, Delhi Metro Police took action by taking the record of the case. Metro Event B. Bharat Reddy told that this incident took place on May 15 at around 9:40 pm. The elderly man was traveling from Jamia Nagar metro station towards Hazrat and had to change the metro line at Kalkaji station.
According to the theory, during this time the elderly suddenly felt the urge to urinate. He tried to wander around, but he couldn’t find time to go to the toilet. After this he started urinating in the bottle. Then some women also reached there and made videos.

Police investigation also revealed that the elderly man was associated with Health Associates and was having trouble controlling urination. It was told that he often keeps a bottle with him. Keeping this medical condition in mind, the police did not register any criminal case against him. However, he has been fined under the Masters RK Act for committing such indecency in a public place.
