Mahindra is preparing to launch the XUV 7XO on January 5, 2026. Although the launch date is still a few days away, the Indian automaker has been trying to build hype about the upcoming SUV by releasing new teasers every few days that reveal details about the vehicle. In the series, the brand has released the latest teaser confirming some of the features of the model. Before we get into the details, it is important to note that the vehicle is already available for pre-booking.
The latest teaser shows several features that the brand will offer with the Mahindra XUV 7XO. To start with, the SUV gets a 540-degree camera, which is a step up from the 360-degree camera offered on the XUV700. Its purpose is to improve the visibility of typical surround-view setups.

Mahindra has also revealed an in-car theater mode that allows rear passengers to use their own devices, all managed through the company’s Adrenox+ software suite, which oversees infotainment, connectivity and vehicle intelligence.
Additionally, the SUV features noticeable design modifications at both the front and rear. The lighting design looks fresh, taking inspiration from Mahindra’s latest electric models, such as the XEV 9S. It can be seen sporting a distinctive rear design with redesigned LED daytime running lights, projector headlamps and inverted L-shaped elements connected by a full-width light bar. All of this will likely be complemented by new paint scheme options.
Additional highlights include new dual-tone alloy wheels, updated bumpers, refreshed exterior color options and a grille adorned with vertical chrome accents. The XUV 7XO branding is seen on both the bonnet and tailgate.

The displayed version appears to be the fully equipped AX7L trim, hinting at features like Boss Mode seating, redesigned air vents, a new center console, electrically adjustable ORVMs and upgraded material quality.

Transmission options include a six-speed manual and an automatic transmission. All-wheel-drive setup is also available in the vehicle.
