DMCA

Welcome to Ecoosg (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their authorized agent may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent as outlined below.

As an internet service provider, Ecoosg.com is entitled to claim immunity from liability for copyright infringement under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a valid and good-faith infringement claim, you must provide all of the following information:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

To file a copyright infringement claim, please include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf);
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, including information reasonably sufficient to help us locate the material (please include the URL of the page in question);
  4. Contact information sufficient for us to reach you — including your name, physical address, email address, and telephone number;
  5. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement of accuracy, confirming that the information provided in the notice is true, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Note: Title 17 USC §512(f) provides for civil penalties — including costs and attorney fees — against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents information in a DMCA infringement notice.

If you have received a notice indicating that your content has been removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you may submit a counter notification requesting that the material be restored.

Your counter notification must be in writing and include the following elements as per 17 USC §512(g)(3):
